Sashiko is a traditional Japanese hand-stitching technique that translates to “little stabs”. It is used to reinforce and mend worn clothing and textiles using simple running stitches.

Join Ann Burns for a playful card-making workshop where you’ll design 3 greeting cards. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll provide all the supplies.

Quilling designs which can be quite intricate, begin with rolling a single strip of paper into a coil and then pinching the coil into shapes that can be glued together. We will be creating 2-toned flowers with stem and leaves.
