East Greenbush Community Library

Meetings held in our public meeting rooms must be free and open to the public. Groups are responsible for their own room setup and cleanup. Please build setup and breakdown time into your reservation, as the room may not be available before or after your reservation time. Meeting rooms must be vacated by 15 minutes before closing time.

Groups are allowed no more than 12 reservations in the past 12 month period, and no consecutive days are allowed. Groups may reserve the room up to 60 days in advance.

All groups serving food/beverages may be charged a fee if extra custodial services are required to prepare the room for future activities. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the meeting rooms.
