Description

Join us for our Hands-On Cooking Class! Families welcome! We will make some tasty, fun and healthy recipes. Felisha Chandler of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Rensselaer County makes learning to cook entertaining as well as educational! Appropriate for all ages! You will need a computer, laptop, or tablet to see and participate in this class.

See the attachment (October Recipes) for recipes (4 pages) and shopping list. Pages 1 & 2 contain the recipes that we will be making. Pages 3 & 4 contain useful information for preparing the "superfoods" Zucchini and Winter Squash. You can also use frozen squash or zucchini to save on time. P.S. Zucchini is the green one! Join us on Zoom from your own kitchen. You will receive the Zoom invitation before the class.

Everyone who participates in the class will be in a raffle to win a cookbook! 

Only one registration per household is needed.
