Join us for a gentle hour of Morning Yoga with Lisa. This is a 6-class series. Sign up for each session individually.
What will you need? It is recommended that you use a yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Have a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet connection. Helpful, but not essential: yoga block, strap (men's tie or belt), water bottle, chair or wall for support. Please sign on 10 minutes early to say hello, set up and be ready for class.
About Lisa: Lisa Borrello has been teaching Yoga in various forms (Beginner Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, Iron Yoga and Hot Yoga) for almost 10 years. The practice offers so many opportunities to reevaluate our patterns and mindset, to decrease stress, to build strength and flexibility, and to develop coping skills. Lisa believes yoga is the best way to connect with our bodies, our highest self, and others and hopes to introduce this to you through her classes.
