Description

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms. This is a class for anyone, with modifications and progressions provided. We will shake, shimmy and smile.    For clothing, please wear workout clothes and smoother soles sneakers. Bring water and a towel...we will sweat!   Katherine Snyder has been a licensed Zumba instructor for 6 years. Please print out and sign the attached waiver and bring it with you to the first night you attend class. If you cannot print one, there will be printed copies available at the class. Thank you!
