Outdoor Yoga class to celebrate the Summer Solstice.
All levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat, water bottle and any other yoga prop you’d like. Dress in light comfortable clothes that you can move in. Please download and fill in the Yoga Waiver if you have not filled one in for 2021. You can bring it along to the class to give to Camie.
Yoga offers the possibility to strengthen the body, calm the mind, release tension, enhance confidence, and nurture a feeling of overall well-being. The style of yoga taught is called Hatha Yoga. "Hatha" means a yoga system of physical exercises and breathing control.
Camie Engel is Yoga Alliance Certified and has attended many workshops and events to better enhance and hone her practice and teaching. Married with 2 dogs, her full time job, the children, and her volunteer work keep her schedule full, and she credits yoga for helping her manage it all. She knows you can have that peaceful feeling too.
This outdoor class will be held on the lawn. There will not be class if it rains. No rain date.
The library will be closed for the day. Bathrooms will be available at the YMCA.
