First Man Film Showing and Book Discussion

Join us for a discussion of James Hanson's book, "First Man: The Life of Neil A. Armstrong" and then we will watch the Oscar-Nominated, 2018 film based on that book, "First Man." Light refreshments will be served for the discussion, which will begin at 6pm. Film begins at 6:30. 

This summer, we are showing two space travel related films, of which this is the first.

The second is the documentary, "Apollo 11." Released in theaters this past March, the documentary incorporates archival footage of the 1969 mission to the moon.
