This class is designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, release tension, enhance confidence, and nurture a feeling of overall well-being. The style of yoga taught is called Hatha Yoga. "Hatha" means a yoga system of physical exercises and breathing control.
All levels are welcome! (Though participants must be 18+). Please bring your own mat and any other yoga prop you’d like. Please register for each session that you plan to attend. Registration for all sessions will begin October 9.
Camie Engel is Yoga Alliance Certified and has attended many workshops and events to better enhance and hone her practice and teaching. Married with 2 dogs, her full time job, the children, and her volunteer work keep her schedule full, and she credits yoga for helping her manage it all. She knows you can have that peaceful feeling too.
