Using the book 101 Great American Poems as a starting point, Paul Lamar will guide students through reading poems by writers who used their art to comment on the events of their times. The discussion will focus on the poems as poems and the issues they raise. All materials provided free of charge. Please register and plan to attend each session of this series.
