Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act

The Climate Act was signed into law on July 19, 2019.  What does this mean for New York State and its residents?  Jared Snyder, Deputy Commissioner for Climate, Air & Energy at the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation will review the requirements of the Act and what that mean for New Yorkers.  In addition, Mr. Snyder will delve into the process by which the Act has set up to achieve greenhouse gas emission reductions.
