Unwind at the library! This gentle class is the right fit for the beginner or anyone who would enjoy a slow and meditative ending to the day. This beginner-level yoga class is the perfect way for individuals to begin or reconnect with yoga practice. In this class, we will cover the basics of yoga as well as perform gentle stretches. Please bring your own mat and wear loose, comfortable clothes.
We require all participants to fill out a yoga waiver before the class. You can print out the waiver on this registration page, but we will have copies available when you arrive.
About Sabrina Bonaiuto: Sabrina is a 500hr Certified Yoga Instructor and she teaches locally at Heartspace in Albany and Best Fitness.
Open to adults at all levels. Masks are required in all programs.
