Keynote speaker for this free event, co-sponsored by the library and Mavens of Mayhem (Sisters-in-Crime Upper Hudson Chapter) is Canadian author Vicki Delany.
Panels and sessions will feature Ms. Delany, publisher/author Edwin Hill (Boston), author Linda Wiken (Ottawa), and several NYS mystery authors and crime experts.
