Bubble Tea Workshop

What makes bubble tea bubble tea? Attendees will learn the different types of bubble tea and add-ins as well as techniques of how to make bubble tea and cook tapioca pearls at home. During this workshop, we will see a demonstration of how to prepare 2 types of bubble tea: milk tea and fresh tea. There will be a tasting of different types of bubble teas.

Joyce and Matt Zacharewicz founded the Short and Stout Teashop in 2011. They've traveled to China, Thailand, and Japan to source their teas. They have gained an in-depth knowledge in different tea cultures as well as establishing a 1:1 relationship with the farmers.
