Celebrate Hispanic Heritage with Herencia Cultural Mexicana, a Capital Region group dedicated to sharing Mexican culture through the vibrant folk dances of Oaxaca. Directed by Luz Ruiz of Miahuatlán, Oaxaca, the group preserves tradition, teaches youth, and builds pride with dances like Danza de la Pluma, Flor de Piña, Jarabe del Valle, and more, connecting community through culture and movement.
