Room capacity: 80 people (no tables) or 55 people (with tables). The Multipurpose Room is a large room with an attached kitchen and a dry erase board. Please request kitchen access, if needed.
Equipment
The Multipurpose Room includes a ceiling-mounted projector and screen system with an integrated sound system and microphones (1 wireless lavalier, 1 wireless handheld and 3 wired). A media cart is available with a Windows 10 laptop with a mouse, Blu-Ray/DVD player, and presentation remote. A/V inputs include HDMI and VGA/digital audio. There is a permanent whiteboard on the rear wall. Podium, vacuum, whiteboard easel, and assisted listening equipment are also available. Please request needed equipment in your meeting room application. Do not leave equipment unattended, as you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
Seating
Maximum of 80 chairs and 8 tables (5 rectangular, 4 half-circle) available. If additional rectangular tables are needed, please make arrangements with the Meeting Room Coordinator before the date of your reservation. Groups are responsible for their own room setup.
