Description

Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breath, and focused awareness to balance energy and support overall health and well-being. As a “mind-body” practice, it’s often described as a form of “meditation in motion” and can be done standing, sitting, or lying down.

For this session, please wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes. We’ll practice both sitting and standing—no mats are needed. Don’t forget to bring water, as qigong can make you thirsty!
