NY Connects presents Dementia Conversations

Dementia Conversations is an education workshop offered by the Alzheimer’s Association. This program will offer helpful tips to assist families with difficult conversations related to dementia, including going to the doctor, deciding when to stop driving, and making legal and financial plans.  This program is primarily designed for working adults who have a family member or close friend beginning to experience Alzheimer’s or another dementia, but it is open to all those who are interested in this subject. Hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association and Rensselaer County NY Connects. Please register for this program.
