Description

The New York State Partnership for Long-Term Care is a unique New York State Department of Health program designed to assist New York residents in planning for the cost of long-term care.  

The Partnership between the DOH and private insurers allows individuals to protect their assets from Medicaid through the purchase of a Partnership-qualified, long-term care policy.
