Solar Eclipse: For Families

Come celebrate the Solar Eclipse with us! We will have games, activities, and information about the Solar Eclipse. Weather permitting, we will go outside to view the Eclipse together.

Attendance is voluntary, with attendees acknowledging and accepting associated risks, releasing the library from liability. WARNING: Looking directly at the sun is unsafe, particularly during a solar eclipse, which poses a risk of permanent eye damage and potential blindness. Sunglasses do not provide sufficient protection. Always use proper solar eclipse glasses (ISO 12312-2 compliant), ensuring filters are intact and not scratched or loose from cardboard frames.
