Let's celebrate periods!
Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood will lead a fun and informative session covering what periods are, why they happen, and how to manage them with confidence. You’ll decorate a supply bag, make a cycle-tracking bracelet, and build your own period kit with free products to take home. Plus, enjoy snacks like chips and chocolate, because cravings are real!
This program is for teens, tweens, kids ages 8+, and their caregivers. All genders are welcome.
Registration is required and opens November 15. Please register each person that will be attending!
