Join us for Sun Style Tai Chi! The benefits of Tai Chi can include improved balance, flexibility, and muscle strength. Wear flat-soled shoes and loose, comfortable clothing. This class is open to all adults.

Demonstration on how to take an old chair and transform it into a fun and interesting container garden.  Chairs can be used as a decoration outdoors, planted with an assortment of flowers and greens.
