Emergency Preparedness for Families

Be prepared! Natural Disasters are unpredictable and are becoming more devastating each year.  In this presentation you will learn the basic principles of emergency preparedness, response, and recovery, to strengthen our communities in the event of a disaster or an active shooter event.

In this presentation a broad range of material, such as developing a family emergency plan, building a "Go-Bag", include important information on active shooter scenarios, and Public Health/ Diseases.

The training event is instructed by members of the NY Air and Army National Guard.
