Description

Beer lovers and hiking enthusiasts Jason Friedman & Phillip Vondra created the dream hiking guidebook to the best urban and rural hikes and microbreweries in New York State. Hiking and then a cold beer...it's an obvious choice. All counties in New York have glorious trails and we live in a state that is known for its wonderful microbreweries.

In their guide, they paired 33 hikes & microbreweries as well as highlighting specialty beers and hiking safety tips. For example, they paired Thacher Park with Indian Ladder Tasting Room & Biergarten in Altamont. Jay & Phil will share stories about how they developed their unique itineraries and why some microbreweries and beers were chosen for inclusion over others.
