Description

Join in the fun! Whether you are looking forward to the NFL Draft starting that night or have plans to celebrate Cinco De Mayo on May 5th, you will learn how to make some fun, inexpensive and healthy recipes. Felisha Chandler of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Rensselaer County makes learning to cook entertaining as well as educational! Appropriate for all ages! You will need a computer, laptop, or tablet to see and participate in this class.

Update! We will be making homemade salsa and black bean quesadillas. Attached to this page are 2 recipes and the shopping list (in case you sign on late).

Join us on Zoom from your own kitchen. The list of ingredients and directions for preparation for class will be sent a week before the event. You will be emailed the link to join us on Zoom the day before the program. 

Everyone who participates in the class will be in a raffle to win a cookbook!

Only one registration per household is needed.
